Now in NY using Starbucks wifi in Times Square. We are staying right in Times Square - what an amazing place - millions of people, the contrasts of billboards screaming at you 24/7 and the homeless beggqing. All the Broadway show within walking distance. Saw Mamma Mia the nite we arrived, and Lion King yesterday - both fantastic especially Mamma Mia. This morning, we caught Metro downtown Manhattan to Soho and walked to the 9/11 memorial. It's beautiful what they've done in the two tower footprints, amazing waterfalls with all the victims names enscribed. Right next to each waterfall are the two new bldgs under construction. Tomorrow our last day we will walk uptown and spend day exploring Central Park. we have walked miles and miles til our feet ache, enjoying all the great food and atmosphere. tomorrow nite we fly to Heathrow (8hrs). Very hectic schedule but ok when u not working. Have downloaded an app called Blogsy which I'm told allows u to upload iPad images, but have other images on our phones and camera but need to find an Internet cafe to do that, so hopefully will be able to do that in Windsor. will post again in couple of days, love to all xxxx
